CANNES 2006 Promotional Material

The new promotional Flyer for Cannes 2006.    Being a European Film Festival, the marketing materials are, again, racier  than what one would use in the U.S.

POSTERS

These are preliminary versions. 

European posters are 'sexier' than American ones.  Also posters may have to comply with the standards of the foreign country which releases the film.  The final version of the poster is actually complete when all post production is done, since there are companies or individuals involved in the post production process (sound engineering, motion picture soundtrack, etc.) who have not been signed on yet, who get credits on the poster. 

Also the final version of the poster will have the distributor as well as MPAA ratings and other technical information.  These are preliminary versions for our AFM Booth.  More versions will be coming.

SAMPLE DVD COVERS

These are preliminary versions and are not 'official'.

These are some of the preliminary examples ("Comps") of the DVD covers.  The artwork can (and probably will) change according to the requirements of the buyer.  These two versions are preliminary designs based on the current standards for the DVD Box Cover.   

Many features of the DVD (when it is released) are based on the needs and requirements of the buyers (also the standards of the territory).  If they require no special features, then none will be provided.  If they want and desire more 'special features' like director or cast commentary, then that part of the process is negotiated during the sale.
